General Platform Information
Exclu Media Ltd or The Exclu Collective as we are known is a registered Limited Company in the UK with site Editor Jack Sturman as Director. Our team is made up of international community volunteers who give their time and passion to our projects. We handle both community-based artistic projects and promotional campaigns for the toy industry through our signature printed & digital magazines and online platforms.
All our prices on our storefront are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and we will never knowingly deceive customers on our pricing, although we do have the right to remove a product if we list an item incorrectly or at an incorrect price. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where the customer has been rude/aggressive/harassing or disruptive.
We employ a preorder system for all of our printed magazines with payment being made up front in full and we then order in to match our demand. All credit cards are accepted through our payment gateway Stripe and we also accept PayPal as a method on payment. We do not accept cheques, cash or postal orders for online orders. In the event that we list products beyond this initial pre-order phase then we keep stock levels accurate to the best of our abilities. If however, you place an order for an item with an incorrect stock listing, we will contact you within 72 hours to resolve the problem with a refund. The preorder windows are widely publicized both on the product listing page and also across our extensive platforms.
Once an order is placed we can still amend any details such as shipping address if you contact us prior to the shipping date (within the preorder period listed on the product page). After this period we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to amend your order and we cannot be held responsible for any items sent to incorrect shipping address’s present within your order so we advise that you thoroughly check before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns
We can offer a full refund of your order including shipping price if you contact us between the dates listed as the Preorder Period. Any orders that are canceled beyond this date are not guaranteed to be refunded as our order may have already been sent to our supplier. If there are any problems with your order that you need to rectify then please get in contact with us as soon as you can and before the end of the Preorder Period to resolve any issues.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd party platforms.
Shipping is calculated on a weight-based system and we use Royal Mail as our courier service both domestically and internationally. We currently do not offer a tracked service as we strive to keep shipping prices for our overseas customers as low as is practical so please be aware when placing an order. Proof of postage can be obtained in the form of signed and official stamped manifests from our Royal Mail point-of-handover if requested.
International orders are sent International Standard through Royal Mail and domestic orders are sent 2nd Class with higher value items opting for the Signed-for component. Timeframe for international shipping is from 1-4 weeks as we’ve experienced both fast and slow shipping rates through the standard Royal Mail method – domestically orders will be received 1-3 days from the shipping date.
