S.H. FIGUARTS WONDER WOMAN

With the end of 2017 one of DC Comics most successful and iconic female superheroes will join Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts line.

She’s full of power, wisdom and grace. She’s Wonder Woman!

Portrayed by Gal Gadot in her solo movie and the upcoming Justice League movie the Amazon princess will be available as 1/12 scale version in her recent appearance.

What’s (probably) in the box?

  • highly articulated 6″ figure with detailed sculpt
  • exact paint application
  • two interchangeable heads (angry and neutral expression)
  • optional hands
  • shield, sword and two whips (which can be attached to the belt and one with ‘attacking’ effect)

The ankle and knee joints are well hidden under her boots and they make the figure look very realistic until up to the upper part of the chest. Due to the design of her armor her arms and neck area aren’t covered with armor pieces. As a result the joints are easy to spot and the princess appears more as a toy.

While the paint application on the armor, weapons and body seems to be on point the head sculpt and paint could be a little bit more detailed to show her beauty.

Hopefully Tamashii Nations will fix that small issue.

Please note that all pictures are still showing the prototype figure. But even at this point of the year the figure already looks great and gorgeous. This is going be an excellent  addition for S.H. Figuarts collections.

The estimated shipping date is december 2017 and the expected price should be around 60$.
